ABOUT 

At Southern Beacon Therapy, I help driven women navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence. When stress or anxiety starts to feel overwhelming, therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect and move forward with intention.

I work with clients facing emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, the complexities of neurodivergence and major life transitions, including those related to work stress, family planning, fertility and reproductive health. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping you understand yourself while building practical tools you can use in everyday life.

 

Located in Pearland, Texas, Southern Beacon Therapy provides individual, family therapy for clients age 16 and up. I use an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, expressive arts, and strengths based strategies to support insight, restore balance, and create meaningful, lasting change.
