Southern Beacon Therapy provides individual therapy for driven women experiencing infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy after loss, perinatal mental health concerns, and the emotional complexities of building a family. I also support women facing relationship challenges, work stress and major life changes- because when life doesn't go according to plan, working harder isn't always the solution.
ABOUT
You’re used to being the one who figures things out. You work hard, show up, and keep going, even when things are difficult. But some things just can’t be solved by trying harder. Maybe you’re struggling to build the family you always imagined, carrying the weight of infertility or pregnancy loss, feeling anxious about motherhood, or finding that work or a relationship that once felt manageable suddenly isn't. Maybe you’ve become really good at smiling, celebrating someone else’s good news, and being genuinely happy for them while quietly grieving the fact that it isn’t your reality. You can love someone else’s joy and still be hurting. And sometimes, you just need somewhere to be honest about all of it.
That’s what therapy can be—a place to take a breath, put down some of what you’ve been carrying, and figure out what comes next. My approach is warm, direct, grounded and practical, using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and find a way forward that actually fits your life—not another thing you have to do perfectly.
Southern Beacon Therapy is located in Pearland, Texas, and provides individual therapy for women and teens 16 and older. In-person therapy is available in Pearland, with virtual therapy available throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
