Katelyn Williams
MA, LPC-S, RPT-S, NCC
Katelyn Williams, MA, LPC-S, RPT-S, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate change, strengthen relationships, and rediscover balance in work and life.
Katelyn’s work centers on the belief that the challenges we face in one area of life—career, relationships, parenthood, or identity—are deeply connected to the others. She helps clients untangle those overlaps, offering support through major life transitions, workplace stress and burnout, relationship and family dynamics, grief, and reproductive health concerns including fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment.
Her approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate, blending insight-oriented exploration with tools clients can use in real time. Katelyn integrates Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory, and Gottman Method Level 2 principles, along with mindfulness, expressive arts, and humor. She helps clients identify patterns, strengthen communication, and build resilience through awareness and intentional change.
In addition to her clinical background, Katelyn is HR certified, which informs her understanding of professional and organizational stressors and helps her support clients navigating career transitions, workplace relationships, and leadership challenges.
Katelyn holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Texas State University, is a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), and is credentialed as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has also completed specialized training in reproductive and perinatal mental health, providing care that honors the complexity of family-building and identity transitions.
After more than ten years in Austin, Katelyn now lives in Pearland, Texas, with her husband and their newborn daughter. She enjoys live music, time outdoors, creative projects, and travel—and she brings that same sense of curiosity and openness into her work with clients.
Whether you’re managing stress, rebuilding after change, or striving for deeper connection in your relationships and daily life, Katelyn provides a space that is both grounded and encouraging—where growth feels possible and sustainable.
