Meet Natalie:
Natalie believes healing begins when we feel safe enough to tell the truth to ourselves, often in connection with someone who sees us fully and with compassion. At its best, therapy creates space for this kind of honest and transformative presence. Her path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a life of unique experiences, change, and relationships. Natalie grew up in Austin, studied design at UT, lived in Tokyo, and spent over a decade in New York City. Along the way, she became a teacher, a mother, a grief group facilitator, and ultimately a therapist. These varied chapters inform her understanding that growth is rarely linear and that meaning often unfolds through unexpected turns. Natalie brings a wide and compassionate lens to therapy, informed by her experiences with both death and non-death loss. She holds deep respect for the complexity of grief, the disorientation of change, and the intensity of emotions that arise when people no longer feel at home in their lives or relationships. This perspective shapes how she meets clients with gentleness, curiosity, and care. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a mind-body framework. Natalie integrates somatic awareness and evidence-based tools to support adults navigating grief, mood disorders, including bipolar disorder, and relational patterns they are ready to shift. Together, clients move toward deeper self-trust, greater authenticity, and a steadier sense of peace.
